Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches user-agent strings from Android 4.0–4.3 devices that also include 'Safari', since Android's stock browser and Chrome include Safari/WebKit tokens in their UA strings. The unescaped dots allow any character between the version numbers, making it slightly loose, while [0-9]* matches trailing version digits before the semicolon. Commonly used for web analytics, device detection, or targeting legacy Android mobile browsers. The g and m flags find all matches across multiple lines.
