Regex Editor & Tester

This PCRE regex matches strings starting with 'Candy' followed by any characters (lazy match) up to the word 'great'. The (*ACCEPT) control verb causes the match to succeed immediately at that point, so the trailing '.+bad' portion is never evaluated and acts as dead code. It's mainly useful for testing or demonstrating how PCRE backtracking control verbs override normal pattern execution.
