Matches URLs at the start of each line (multiline mode), supporting an optional http:// or https:// scheme, domain segments containing letters, digits, and special characters, an optional port or TLD part, path components, and trailing query strings or fragments. It also matches the literal placeholder 'website_not_available' as an alternative, making it useful for validating or extracting website fields from logs, CSVs, or forms where missing sites are marked as unavailable.
