Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches numbers in scientific notation with positive exponents, such as 1.23e+45 or 9.9E+999. The mantissa's integer part may only contain digits 1-9 (no zeros), followed by one or more literal dots (a quirk that also permits '1..5'), then fractional digits, and finally 'e+' or 'E+' with an exponent of at least two digits starting with 2-9. With the gm flags it finds all matches across every line, making it useful for scanning Java logs or data files for large positive-exponent floats.
