Matches Replit's temporary/backup Python files, which are hidden files (starting with a dot) ending with '.py' followed by a dot, digits, and a tilde (e.g., '.main.py.123~'). Useful in a .gitignore or file filtering context to exclude these auto-generated backup files from version control or file listings. The 'gm' flags enable matching across multiple lines.
