Regex Tester & Validator

Matches an entire string consisting of a single template tag in the form {%name%}, where name is one or more alphabetic characters (case-insensitive due to the i flag), optionally padded with whitespace inside the delimiters. Valid examples include {%title%}, {% VAR %}, and {%Name%}. Useful for validating or tokenizing simple variable placeholders in a custom templating engine.
