Matches Azerbaijani mobile phone numbers in both international (+994) and domestic (0) prefix formats. It validates known Azerbaijani mobile operator codes (50, 51, 55, 70, 77, 99) followed by a 7-digit subscriber number that cannot start with 0 or 1. Optional separators of up to 2 non-digit characters (spaces, dashes, parentheses) are allowed between digit groups, with a required trailing non-digit boundary. Useful for validating or extracting Azerbaijani phone numbers from text using global multiline matching.
