Matches a deprecated HTML `nowrap` attribute (either `nowrap` or `nowrap=""`) immediately followed by a `style` attribute containing a single CSS declaration (e.g., `nowrap style="text-align: left;"`). The named capture groups (garbage, styleHead, styleBody, styleTail) are designed for search-and-replace refactoring, letting you strip the obsolete nowrap attribute while injecting `white-space: nowrap` into the existing inline style.
