This regex parses SQL Server Agent job output, matching either the execution header 'Executed as user: DOMAIN\username.' or SQLSTATE diagnostic messages like '[SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 12345)'. It's useful for extracting informational comment-like lines and status annotations from T-SQL job history logs. With global and multiline flags, it finds all such entries throughout a script.
