Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches a literal colon and space followed by two comma-separated values, capturing each value into its own group, and anchored by a trailing '; Area' literal. Typically used with a replacement like '$2, $1' to swap or reorder the two items in database records, exports, or logs. The global (g) and multiline (m) flags allow processing every matching line in a file at once.
