Matches Suriname phone numbers in international format: the country code +597 followed by a leading digit of 7 or 8, then exactly six more digits (e.g. +5977123456 or +5978654321). With global and multiline flags, it validates or extracts multiple numbers across lines of text. Commonly used for form validation or parsing phone lists for Surinamese numbers.
