Matches a barcode URL query string starting with 'barcode?message=' followed by content on two consecutive lines separated by a newline, ending with a double quote. Without the dotall flag, each capture group matches a single line of the message. Useful for extracting multi-line barcode message parameters from URLs or encoded strings.
