Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches IPv4 addresses in dotted-decimal notation, optionally followed by a CIDR prefix length from /0 to /32 (e.g., 192.168.1.0/24). The global and multiline flags allow it to find multiple addresses across lines, making it useful for scanning network config files, firewall rules, or logs. Note that octets aren't restricted to 0-255, so 999.999.999.999 would still match, though the prefix range is correctly validated.
