Regex Editor & Tester

Matches an inline comment starting with a double hyphen (--), including any leading whitespace, capturing everything from that token through the end of the line, along with an optional trailing comma. With the global (g) and multiline (m) flags, it processes every line in a document. Commonly used to strip SQL-style or Lua-style comments from code, queries, or token lists, optionally preserving or removing trailing commas during cleanup.
