Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches lines beginning with 'outcome:' or 'disposition:' that describe a court of appeals judgment, capturing everything up to (but excluding) a subsequent reference to a trial, circuit, or chancery court judgment, which may be separated by punctuation (period, semicolon, colon, comma, or ', and'). Case-insensitive and multiline, it is used in legal docket processing pipelines to isolate the appellate ruling text (e.g., affirmed/reversed) from the full disposition statement in Mississippi appeals court records.
