Regex Tester & Validator

Matches Sri Lankan modern licence number plates formatted as 1-2 uppercase letters (province code), a space, 1-3 uppercase letters (vehicle series), a space, and a 4-digit sequence number. The negative lookbehind (?<!0{4}) rejects plates whose number section is all zeros (e.g., 0000). With the multiline flag, each line is validated independently, making it suitable for validating registration input or extracting plate numbers from multi-line text.
