Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches SQL query strings ending with a MySQL-style LIMIT clause containing both an offset and row count, such as 'SELECT * FROM users LIMIT 20,10'. It requires any preceding query text, a lowercase 'limit' keyword surrounded by whitespace, an offset of one or more digits, a comma, and a row count of 1-3 digits at the end of the string. Useful for validating paginated SQL SELECT statements or detecting queries using offset-based limits.
