Matches SQL INSERT INTO statements and captures the table name, column list, and values into three named capture groups (table, columns, values). Case-insensitive with global matching, it requires a terminating semicolon and tolerates flexible whitespace between keywords and parentheses. Useful for parsing SQL from logs, extracting structured data from INSERT statements, or analyzing database scripts.
