Matches one or more leading newlines followed by a Hungarian-locale timestamp in the format YYYY.MM.DD. H:M:S,mmm (e.g., 2024.01.15. 9:45:30,123), where milliseconds are separated by a comma. Commonly used in Splunk with global and multiline flags to line-break or extract timestamps from Windows application logs written in Hungarian date format.
