Regex Editor & Tester

Matches a single whitespace character (captured in group 1) followed by any character that is not a period, 'p', 'n', or 'g'. Note that [^.png] excludes those individual characters rather than the literal string '.png', a common misconception. Typically used with the global flag to scan text for spaces not followed by image-extension characters, such as when filtering or normalizing spaces around .png references.
