Matches lines that contain the substring 'smarg' (case-insensitive) while excluding any line containing 'margins' anywhere, via a negative lookahead anchored at line start. With multiline mode, each line is evaluated independently, making it useful for filtering logs or code searches for 'smarg' occurrences while suppressing false positives from 'margins' mentions.
