Regex Tester & Validator

Matches usernames made of alphanumeric characters with an optional single dot or underscore separator in the middle. Requires at least two characters total, with letters/digits on both sides of the separator. Useful for simple username validation, but won't allow leading/trailing separators or multiple separators like 'john_doe_smith'.
