Regex Tester & Validator

Matches an entire HTML anchor tag along with surrounding text, capturing four groups: the text before the link, the href URL, the link text, and everything after the closing </a> tag. Lazy quantifiers keep each match minimal and allow handling of anchor tags with extra attributes. With global and multiline flags enabled, it is well suited for batch-processing HTML content, such as converting links to Markdown format like [text](url).
