Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches a simple email address and splits it into two named capture groups: 'User' (local part) and 'Domain'. The user portion allows letters, digits, underscores, and hyphens in dot-separated segments, while the domain must consist of dot-separated labels ending in a 2-4 letter TLD. The case-insensitive flag lets it accept uppercase characters as well. Useful for basic email validation and extracting the local/domain components for further processing.
