Matches Amazon Resource Names (ARNs) across AWS partitions including standard (aws), China (aws-cn), and GovCloud (aws-us-gov). It validates the full ARN structure: partition, service, region, optional 12-digit account ID, and resource path with optional sub-resources. Useful for extracting or validating AWS resource identifiers in logs, IAM policies, or infrastructure code. Use with global and multiline flags to scan text containing multiple ARNs.
