Build, test, and debug regular expressions
A negated character class (Java flavor, global+multiline flags) that matches any single character NOT in a broad whitelist: most ASCII letters, digits, spaces, common punctuation, and Latin-1 accented characters (¡-ÿ). Notably, it matches the letters N, S, n, s plus brackets, backtick, tilde, and any character above ÿ. Useful for whitelisting/filtering input or flagging disallowed characters—fitting the 'sim ou não' theme by catching the distinctive letters of those Portuguese words.
