Regex Tester & Validator

Matches blocks beginning with a ':values:' label, capturing its line content in group 1, then greedily consuming any subsequent lines (group 2 retains only the last matched line) until a ':modal_name:' label is found, whose trailing content is captured in group 3. With global and multiline flags, it's designed for extracting values/modal-name pairs from structured SessionM target or config files. Useful for parsing multi-line records in colon-delimited formats.
