Matches lines beginning with 'Version: ' followed by a semantic version number: a required major version, optional minor and patch segments (each disallowing leading zeros), an optional SemVer-style pre-release suffix of dot-separated alphanumeric identifiers, and any trailing text captured at the end. Designed for multiline use (gm flags), such as detecting or repairing broken version strings in pkg-config file output.
