Matches base URLs starting with https://provider.shsp.swisscom.com while explicitly excluding standard ports :443 and :80 through negative lookaheads. It optionally captures a custom (non-standard) port number and an optional /latest path segment, while rejecting /stable paths. Useful for filtering Swisscom API service endpoints that operate on non-default ports.
