Matches lines beginning with a uint32_t field declaration found in C struct/debug dumps, such as '|-uint32_t ([3]) = 255 (0xff)'. It captures the full declaration, the array index, the decimal value, and the hexadecimal form (0x...). The literal trailing ' (flags: gm)' suffix must also be present, appearing to be embedded log metadata. Useful for parsing memory dumps or struct layout output from tools like pahole or crash.
