Matches full HTTP/HTTPS URLs pointing to Google search pages (any TLD such as google.com or google.co.uk), YouTube subdomains (e.g., www.youtube.com, music.youtube.com), and etools.ch meta-search subdomains. The multiline flag allows it to process each line of a text file or log independently, while the global flag captures all occurrences. Useful for extracting or filtering search-engine and video links from documents, logs, or scraped web content.
