Test, validate and match regular expressions
Captures any text that appears immediately after the letter 'a' and immediately before the letter 'e' on each line. The positive lookbehind (?<=a) and positive lookahead (?=e) ensure the boundary letters are excluded from the match itself. With global and multiline flags, it finds all such occurrences in every line of input. Useful for extracting content between two delimiters, such as pulling text between known characters in log parsing or text processing.
