Validates a lowercase email address format. The local part must start with a letter or digit, followed by one or more allowed characters including letters, digits, and special symbols like dots, hyphens, underscores, and others. The domain consists of one or more hyphenated labels each ending with a dot, finishing with a TLD of 2-5 lowercase letters. Note that this pattern requires lowercase only and won't match uppercase emails or newer longer TLDs.
