This regex matches lines ending with the pattern ']' and captures content around a single quote. The first capture group gets everything lazily before the quote, while the second captures everything after the quote until ']' at the end of line. With multiline flag, it processes each line independently, making it useful for extracting labeled data or parsing structured text formats where values are quoted and bracketed.
