Parses GS1-style product code strings containing application identifiers: an optional GTIN (AI 01 followed by digits), an optional 6-digit expiration date (AI 17, YYMMDD format), and an optional alphanumeric batch/lot number (AI 10), all preceding a literal '+' sign. Lookaheads ensure each segment is immediately followed by the next expected AI. Commonly used to extract data from GS1-128/DataMatrix barcode strings in packaging or inventory systems.
