Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches one or more IPv4 addresses separated by commas, allowing optional whitespace around each comma (e.g., '192.168.1.1, 10.0.0.2'). Each address consists of four groups of 1-3 digits separated by dots. Note it validates format only, not that octets are within 0-255. Commonly used for parsing IP whitelists, network configs, and comma-separated IP list inputs in forms.
