Matches RGB color values written as three comma-and-space separated integers, each in the range 0 to 255 (e.g., '255, 128, 0'). Each component is validated through alternations covering 250-255, 200-249, 100-199, 10-99, and single digits, rejecting leading zeros. With global and multiline flags enabled, it can validate or extract multiple RGB triplets on separate lines, making it useful for parsing CSS-like rgb() function arguments or color configuration values.
