Matches RFC3339 timestamps in UTC (Zulu) format, such as 2024-01-15T13:45:30Z. The year must be a 4-digit number from 1000-9999 (no leading zero), followed by two-digit month, day, hour, minute, and second fields separated by hyphens and colons. With the global and multiline flags, it validates every timestamp on each line of a document. Note it validates structure only, so invalid values like month 13 or second 61 will still pass.
