Regex Tester & Validator

Matches the literal string 'retest' anywhere in the subject text. With the global flag (g), it finds every occurrence rather than stopping at the first match, and the multiline flag (m) makes ^ and $ anchors work per line (though no anchors are used here). Useful for scanning logs, test output, or CI reports to detect mentions of retest actions.
