Matches PHP-style array key-value pairs where the key is wrapped in single or double quotes, such as 'option' => 'value', — capturing the key in group 1 and the value (plus any trailing comma) in group 2. Commonly used to find and replace select dropdown options in Visual Composer (WPBakery) WordPress parameter definitions. The gm flags allow matching multiple key-value pairs across all lines of a file.
