Matches the last comma on a line, capturing everything after it that contains no further commas up to the line end. Typically used with a replacement like ;$1 to swap the final comma in each line for a semicolon. With the multiline flag, this applies independently to every line in the text. Common use cases include delimiter manipulation, text formatting, and adjusting list separators.
