Matches .NET assembly version attribute declarations along with their quoted version strings, supporting AssemblyVersion, AssemblyFileVersion, and AssemblyInformationalVersion. The case-insensitive pattern handles both C# style `[assembly: ...]` and F# style `[<Assembly: ...>]` syntax, capturing the attribute prefix in group 1 so `$1` can preserve it while replacing the version. Typically used in build scripts or CI/CD pipelines to automate version bumping in AssemblyInfo files.
