Regex Tester & Validator

Matches a fully quoted CSV field containing up to 8 internal commas, where embedded quotes are escaped by doubling (""). Each comma-free segment (or doubled-quoted segment) between commas is captured, enabling a replacement of the commas inside quoted values with another delimiter. Typically used to sanitize CSV lines before naively splitting on commas, using PCRE with the global flag.
