Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches a text segment containing multiple comma-separated parts: an optional leading comma, three lazily-matched sections separated by commas, and a final run of characters that excludes commas and newlines. Each piece is captured separately, so a replacement string can reformat the values—commonly used in editors to convert European-style decimal commas (e.g., '3,14') into dot notation or to normalize comma-delimited numeric data.
