Matches the opening portion of an HTML tag (captured in group 1) followed by a case-insensitive inline style attribute with a double-quoted value. Commonly used with a replacement of the first capture group to strip inline CSS styles from HTML markup while preserving the rest of the tag. The non-greedy .*? ensures only the style attribute's value is consumed, avoiding over-matching.
