Matches lines starting with 'Hit' followed by a horizontal space (not a newline) and an HTTP/HTTPS URL, including the domain (letters, digits, and URL-safe symbols like %XX escapes) plus a trailing path of word characters, hyphens, dots, slashes, and spaces. The lookahead ((?!(\r?\n))\s) ensures whitespace matches never cross line breaks. Intended for cleaning or extracting 'Hit' URL entries from screen print logs, such as stripping cache-hit or request traces from test output.
