Matches PHP eval(base64_decode(...)) calls, a common pattern used in malicious code injections and web shells to obfuscate payloads. Useful for security cleanup scripts to find and strip compromised code from PHP files. The lazy character class [^>]*? ensures the match stops at the first closing parentheses.
