Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches query string parameters with empty values, capturing the parameter name followed by an equals sign where the value is blank (e.g., 'key=' followed by '&' or end of string). Commonly used to clean URLs by finding and removing empty query parameters. Note that [\w]{0} matches zero characters, making it functionally equivalent to (\w+=)(?:&|$).
