Matches HTML list items containing anchor tags whose href points to the stat.ethz.ch archive, specifically URLs containing an 'r-sig-' segment (R Special Interest Group mailing lists). It captures three groups: the full <li><p><a href="..."> prefix, the URL path up to and including 'r-sig-', and everything after it (e.g., the list name like 'mixed-models'). Commonly used with the global flag to scrape all R SIG mailing list links from an archive index page.
