Matches complete regex101.com permalink URLs over http or https, capturing the short alphanumeric regex ID (1-6 characters) and optionally the numeric revision/version number after the slash. The global and multiline flags allow it to scan many URLs across multiple lines of text at once. Ideal for extracting regex IDs and version numbers from logs, chat messages, or documents containing shared regex101 links.
